Reservations
- Reservations are preferred but not absolutely necessary.
We will ask for a credit card to ensure your space. You're
guaranteed the time you selected when booking ahead and can also
have any questions answered.
Generally, calling or emailing a week or two before will give you
plenty of flexibility. We will try our best to accommodate your
requests. Without a reservation you may not be able to receive the
exact date and time requested, especially during the high season.
Cancellation Policy

If you've made reservations with us and need to cancel,
please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled tour we will
charge 50% of the tour for which you are booked. If you cancel
within 2 hours of your scheduled tour or simply do not show, you
will be charged 100%. Special occasions and/or large group bookings
are asked to cancel at least one week before. Every client is
important to us and we want you to have the best possible experience
with us. This policy guarantees our full attention to you during
your time with us.
Payment
- We accept U.S. and/or Belizean currency, travelers checks, PayPal,
Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE PAYPAL.
You can
pay
for
any of our trips using your credit card, with the assurance that
PayPal, one of the most secure Credit Card processing services, is
handling the data input securely.
1.)If you have a PayPal account, you will simply log in to your
account and complete the purchase.
2.)If you do not have a PayPal account, you will go through an
alternate checkout, using your credit card, after which you will
have the option to sign up for a FREE PayPal account - only if you
wish to do so.
